What is WAP Browser?

The WAP browser is a built in web browser new to BlackBerry OS version 2.5 and higher.
It enables the RIM device to browse WAP enabled web pages on the internet.

How can enable it on my device?

If you have version 2.5 or higher of the BlackBerry OS installed, you can install the "Browser" by selecting the Browser checkbox from the Application Loader of the Desktop Manager.

If you are upgrading new to version 2.5, simply follow the directions on the 2.5 install pages, and enable the browser checkbox as described above. (The WAP browser is not installed by default.)
