If you did not intend to send a fax via Email, you mistakenly addressed your e-mail message to a fax number.
This happened because you picked a name out of your contacts folder in Outlook who has a fax number listed and instead of choosing the entry with ..(E-mail) - which is the one to pick if you want to send an e-mail message, you picked one that said ..(Business Fax) after it. You may want to resend the message and double check which "address" you choose to send it to. |
